Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar c4square'in App Store'da yayınladığı tüm uygulamalar ("uygulamalar") için geçerlidir. Uygulamaları indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları ve Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (EULA) kabul etmiş olursun. İkisi çelişirse Apple'ın sözleşmesi geçerlidir.

Lisans

Uygulamaları kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla, sahip olduğun veya kullandığın Apple cihazlarında kullanabilirsin. Uygulamaları kopyalamak, değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya içeriklerini (çizimler, bölümler, sesler) izinsiz dağıtmak yasaktır.

Satın almalar

Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple üzerinden yapılır ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir. "Reklamları kaldır" gibi tek seferlik satın almalar aynı Apple hesabıyla geri yüklenebilir. İade talepleri Apple'a yapılır.

Reklamlar

Ücretsiz uygulamalar reklam gösterebilir. Reklamların içeriğinden reklam verenler sorumludur.

Sorumluluk

Uygulamalar "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hatasız veya kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamaların kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Cihazında saklanan ilerleme, uygulama silinirse veya cihaz değişirse kaybolabilir.

Değişiklikler ve hukuk

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel hali her zaman bu sayfadadır. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu tüketici hakların saklıdır.

Terms of Use

These terms apply to every app c4square publishes on the App Store (the "apps"). By downloading or using the apps you accept these terms and Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA). If the two conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.

License

You may use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the apps or redistribute their content (art, levels, sounds) without permission.

Purchases

In-app purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. One-time purchases such as "Remove ads" can be restored with the same Apple Account. Refund requests go to Apple.

Free apps may show ads. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.

Liability

The apps are provided "as is". We do not guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the apps. Progress stored on your device may be lost if you delete the app or change devices.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence are not affected.
